All website development, branding, digital marketing, and AI automation projects executed by BizLive™ are governed by written project statements of work (SOW) detailing milestone deliverables and technical specifications.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Upon final milestone payment completion, all custom codebase assets, design vector files, brand guidelines, and collateral generated for the client become 100% the exclusive intellectual property of the client.
